Default How do you tune for power?

Hi All,
I just finished my build and have a pcmforless tune.
I'm not sure if i'm getting all the power I should?
@ the track I did 1.9 @ 60'
and 8.8 @80mph It runs strong but not as strong as I like.
I have ported match intake. forged, CAI,High flow cat,3" mandrel bend,
AI 180cc heads, 11.3-1 CR,full Roller, pace mids,excell coil,
Stock I did 9.45 @ 75mph
Now My Q is if the AFR is good how do you tune to get more power?
and how do I know if its tuned good?

You need a way to measure power....like on a dyno.
