This used to work perfectly, so it must be something I did. I am trying to tune OLSD. I have the commanded afr, lc-1 eio, and afr & error loaded onto the table. The lc-1 and commanded are reading just fine, but the % error reads -100 in all cells.
The only change I have made is a reprogrammed my LC-1 to record a/f ratios in the range of 10-18, based on a 0-5V range. Is this what is messing me up? If so, can somebody tell me how to correct it?

Did you alter the AFR calculation for the LC1 in the scanner? If the scanner is reading the voltage as a different AFR because it's still using the equation where 0V=7.35AFR and 5V=22.35AFR, then yes that could be the source of your error. You can check it by reading the voltage and doing a quick calculation on your own.

worst case scenerio is you make up a custom PID...send me a log file to whenn1@verizon.net & I'll see if I can put something together for you real quick.
