Question Car Won't Start ,Please Help

I have been playing with tuning my Trans with HP Tuners.I took the car out for a little Drive ,Cam back flashed a new change and the car gave me a little **** about starting.Got it Started took it out for a few miles parked it in the driveway ,decided to put it in the Garage and it wont start?This happened to me a week or 2 ago at the gas station waited 5 minutes and it started right up.This time it wont start.Fuel pump maybe or the Crank sensor?I dunno...Thanks for your help...

Well, you may have posted this in the wrong forum.

Please be more specific on "won't start." When you turn the key, do your gauges light up? Do you hear the fuel pump? When you turn it to start, does the engine crank?

Yes to all the Above,The Gauges worked,The engine cranked over and the Fuel pump was on.I refalshed the PCM with HP Tuners again, Started up and took it for a drive.Does this make any sence?

Sure does. Unfortunately, I don't have an suggestion when it comes to what HPT does during a read/write. I'm sure one of the HPT guys/gals can help steer you in a direction. TTT
