2-bar mafless guide? hptuners

I have searched everywhere and cannot find what I am looking for. I just upgraded my cable, OS and MAP sensor to do the 2-bar SD tune. I have found how to get the stock file started to do the 2-bar per hptuners help demo. But now I am stuck on how to tune out my fuel trims. I am not sure if I follow the same instructions as if I were still 1-bar or not. Plus does anyone know of a start up guide for 2-bar SD? Where to start after the 2-bar has been applied?

So after I get the VE in line do I have or need to turn anything back on like closed loop

Yes, when your done with the VE you will put closed loop and dfco, and any other tables back the way you had them.
