Tunerpro is free you cant real time tune with the 94-95 PCM's no sense in paying the money for the RT version. http://tunerpro.markmansur.com/downloadApp.htm I myself use Tunercat but if your on a budjet Tunerpro is for free. www.mastach.com has cables for $40 ive personally used it and no problems. To use Tunerpro you will need the EE def file from Tunercat which is $20.I use TTSdatamaster for datalogging from what Tunerpro shows its a tuner and datalogger in one i dont know check it out. I know alot of other LT1 guys use it im just comfortable with what i have.

yea, im not opposed to pating for it and get a little more adjustements. This is IMO the most important thing when building a car. If your car isnt tuned right it wont run right. So i dont mind paying a few extra bucks to do what i want to do. But at the same time i dont got $2k to spend on a new computer.

I use both in my car but Tunercats for all the fuel and timing tables. LT1edit makes changes in other tables than the value you are changing to make a tune that makes sense. For example, in an auto car, change the rear end gear ratio in Tunercats and thats all that changes, but when you make the same change in LT1edit the upshift, kickdown and a few other tables are automatically adjusted. There are many other changes that this automatically happens for aswell. I like Tunercats for its simple and quick tune building capability. I use datamaster to logs

Raised from the dead! Yes, for OBD1 cars, DataMaster will do the trick for data logging. My OBD2 car requires AutoTap for data logging.
LT1Edit turns out to be fairly flexible, but you have to wander about to find what you want to update. It includes a separate application for uploading/downloading the PCM.
