idle question

Default idle question

if i lower my idle will that make it more obvious that i have a cam because right now it seems kinda muffeld ...thanks guys

Yes, but you may run into some issues if you set it too low. What kind of cam and where are you idling?

lg G5X2 and idel right now is 950

You could probably get away with 800 rpm. I tuned a G5x4 cam to idle at 900rpm.

If that is not enough you could take away a few degrees of timing at idle but that may open you up to more idle stability problems.

I'd say 850. Much lower and it may stumble occasionally and start to stall. The trick is to have the supporting tables set appropriately.
