starting issues
starting issues Recently my car has had trouble starting at random times. It may fire up perfect 9 times in a row and then all of a sudden it won't start the next time. Sometimes I've had to crank it about 6-7 times before it started. It does no good to try and keep cranking if it doesn't fire right away. I just cycle the key and try again if it doesn't start right away. When it does start it does it perfectly like nothing is wrong. Once running there are no issues. Any ideas??
It doesn't seem to follow any type of pattern. Some times its on a cold start while others its warm. I would say its happened more often when its cold though. I scanned for codes yesterday and got a code for the A/C clutch...don't know how that relates to the starting problems. My A/C works fine although the other day it wouldn't kick on until I cycled the key once.
