It's a calculated value and is useful but not to be
relied upon. It sees cylinder charge and timing,
and makes a prediction.
I've logged it and was able to see, for example,
an increase in higher-RPM delivered torque value
with cutout open. So it does respond. But things
that change the motor might make the torque
prediction less accurate (like more spark advance
might make more torque in the model, but be over
the top in reality, if you had higher compression
heads or something.

thanks jimmy im only seeing about 285 ft lbs the dyno says 319. but
the runs on the road all come up around 282-285..... 10 percent loss or
somthing i dont know.............................................. ..................
