Misfire and no codes wtf???

Misfire and no codes wtf??? Alright having a wierd problem. All of a sudden my car feels like it has 100hp less.
When the coverter locks it shutters like the engine is misfirin. Above 3500 it pops really loud like a bad mis.
I have no codes, all actual values look fine. This problem somtimes just clears up and it runs perfect.
Ive changed my plugs, wires, and frt o2s. Compression is right at 189 psi across the board. NO idea whats happening any ideas.

Check the Valve Srpings. Recently had a similar issue with valve springs if all else checks out.

My car has the same problem and it is a LT1 1995 Z28. I runs great up till about 3000-3500 rpms and starts cutting out , backfiring,. I have all new opti distributor, plugs , wires,MAF,Fuel pump,Coil pack? I need help too. It keeps going in and out of Open and closed loop mode as well. No codes.
