58 PSI is what these cars usally have the fuel rail correct?

How did you arrive at that? No sarcasm or whatnot. From the racetronix link it said "Static Flow Rate: 48.83 lb/hr @ 58.0PSI (300kPa) or 370gm/min."
So, if you plug in that value in the spreadsheet the aforementioned values correspond the original post. I really would like to know how to use the spreadsheet.

Static Flow Rate: 48.83 lb/hr @ 58.0PSI (300kPa) or 370gm/min
this, i believe, is a typo--58PSI is 400kPa, not 300...
so going with 48.83@4bar (or 42.29@3bar, same thing), your flow at 4 bar is gonna be 48.83, and that's what your IFR should start with (corresponding to 0kPa vacuum)
I should be able to use that table.

)however, use the full precision, both in calculating it, as well as copying/pasting into your tuning software. Beer got it on only 1 decimal point, which makes it look like there's no difference in flow between let's say 0 and 10 kPa vacuum, which is just not right. also use precise flow for your injectors (did you get a flowsheet specific to your injectors?) and measured fuel pressure on your rail. this way IFR will represent reality, so calculations made off IFR (which is every single fueling calc) are going to be both precise and meaningful.
Thanks
p.s. I have to tune my car for 42 lb lucas injectors also
Doc.
