Stock converter unlock %?

Stock converter unlock %? I need the stock 1-4 gear unlock percentages for my converter. I've had a custom OS loaded and the settings are now at:
1 - 100%
2 - 100%
3 - 100%
4 - 75%, althought it still takes WOT to make the converter unlock

You also have the TCC lock/unlock vs TPS vs MPH tables
to work with. These straight TPS unlock values I have
always left at 100% and control the lock/unlock by the
larger table.
