Default Stock 06 GTO-Very lean in open loop-Help!

I'm hoping someone here has seen this before...

I set up my car in SD with HPTuners today and got a nasty surprise...In closed loop, my wideband shows about 14.7:1 as expected, but when I went open loop, the AFR shot to 16.0-16.5:1, even though commanded was still stoich. Even at 13:1 commanded AFR, my WB shows about 15:1. All my sensors seem to be reading normally, fuel pressure checks out, and I found no DTCs. This car is BONE STOCK, and as far as tuning, I have only changed things like CAGS, top speed limiter, and a small adjustment to PE. I have not done a single thing to the stock VE table yet. Stranger yet, when I ran the same SD tune a couple of months ago, reported AFR was somewhat close to commanded. What gives? Thanks in advance for any help.

Damn, I didn't log it-just watched it all go down on the scanner. Heh, I just sent you a PM before I read this. I'll see what I can do about logging it though.

Marcin's law, rule number one: log EVERYTHING
send me the tune at least, maybe it's just some obvious setting

Sorry, I should have explained myself better...One of the tunes (SD tune) is only for logging AFR error, so CL is purposely disabled. I should have told you that, huh?
