Can some post what all is need to completely disable DFCO for tuning purposes using HPTuners.

it should be in their SD tuning tutorial - unless that part didn't get copied over.

To disable DFCO in either HP Tuners or EFILive you just need to disable the DEFO and DFCO M6 temperature enablers by setting them to the maximum value.
