Default Throwing a P0135

Gentleman,

Had my signature mods done and tuned at the beginning of Oct. Cars been running to standards, but yesterday after work @ 5pm, throwing a P0135 code and still is this afternoon.

I would assume the heater in the sensor went out becausse we had a really bad cold weather snap here in Texas.

Do I need to ahead and replace the sensor or see if it will go away on it's own?
Stupid question time now---

1. Where is the sensor
2. How much for the sensor?
3. Does the car have to be retuned with new sensor?

Thanks guys!

Cold weather probably just put it over the edge, not enough
sensor heat soon enough in the warmup cycle to satisfy. It
may well go away again. But I got persistent switching codes
right after the Jet-Hots went in and in warm weather too, so
I killed the codes. The sensors still work well enough to keep
decent fuel trims etc., just not quick enough for the diagnostic
test.
