Well I went through the whole process, but after I got done tunning narrow band for the stft, some of my ltft's went from plus or minus 5% back up to -12 and-13. Is that common?
Next question, do I need to tune the maf now? Going to research but I will like to hear what you guys have to say.

If you plan on keeping the MAF, then yes you need to. If not, no need to worry about it. I would try and get a wideband to double check your AFR to see if it is where it needs to be. Also, if it is hunting when coming to a stop, add a little more air to your desired/running airflow table.

I would take it up by percentage. Maybe like 5% or so in the areas that are hunting only. Are you going on very long drives when you are tuning your stft. I would gather tons of data so the data you do have is solid and you know isnt a one time thing.
