If you are in open loop speed density then you need to first check what your commanded fuel says. If it doesnt match what you are seeing on your wideband etc, then you need to adjust your VE table to get them in line. Thats the whole point of the autove tuning and the basic start point of a baseline tune.
First things first. You do have a Manifold Air Pressure Sensor (MAP) installed in the manifold correct? This is a 408 right? Bigger motor than the 346 so you will need to adjust B0104 to the correct cylinder vol to start. Do you have aftermarket fuel injectors, fuel system as well? If so, goto the stickies section and download Marcin's Fuel Injector Flow spreadsheet and get an accurate reading of what your test port on the fuel rail reads and plug all of that info into the spreadsheet. Rescale B4001 accordingly. Now employ the AutoVE proceedure as per the tutorial and you will be on your way to bliss.
Very important to let the OS know (by the aforementioned adjustments) that you have a 408, and fuel system mods, and not a stock 346 or you will be going on a very frustrating adventure based on fudging tables that in the end will never be right.

Yes I have a MAP sensor installed. This is a 6.0 liter motor, I did change B0104 from 708.2 to 750.0. I think this is correct. 6.0/8 = .75 liter changed to CC = 750 cc/cyl. yes I have after market 60# injectors @ 65PSI of fuel at the rail.
I didn't see "Marcin's Fuel Injector Flow spreadsheet" in the sticky. do you have a link to it?

I've got an LS2 in my '98. The PCM was swapped to a '99+ and I'm running the 2002 12212156 OS.

Did you have it dyno tuned?
If so, what are the numbers?
I'm trying to get to 550 RWHP.
I should be able to get it.
I'm taking it to get dyno tuned on 1/20/07.
Just for the base tune. still have to break in the motor before I get it tuned for proformance.

No dyno tune yet - just lots of street tuning.
