Can EFILive lock up the converter?

Yes you can you can do it in the tune or you can use bi-directional controls in the scanner and do it real time for dyno pulls and such

How do I adjust it in the tune? Just by uping the pressure?

Do a search for TCC apply in the navigator on the left in the software, it should go right to them.
