Default Why did my throttle stick?

So, Ive been working on my car's idle. I adjusted the set screw just a bit (1-2 turns). Upped the idle to 1100, added some spark (im at like 27* spark advance for the spark tables) for the idle area.

Now, my car is sticking at like 1800 rpms on decel. I cant figure it out. Once i come to a complete stop, it will settle down. What is going on? I havent really messed with throttle cracker or anything yet.

When you prop the blade open with the setscrew you change the
true baseline airflow. This used to be just the hole in the blade.
Now when throttle cracker is told to add XXX g/sec airflow it
goes by the old IAC effective area table not knowing that you
"helped it out" and it adds the same air to a bigger base, and
your coasting idle is higher.

so, is this something that the computer will relearn itself and go back to normal or do I have to do additional tuning?

Another possibility is that your TPS % is too high at idle now, the PCM does not know that you are at idle for the idle maps. Have you scanned your TPS % at idle, should be at 0%.

TPS% looks to be zero at idle.
