I'm having the same problem with my 90mm TB. The Throttle cam isn't hitting the bump stop. I just ordered a new cable so we'll see if this fixes it. I've already bent the pedal and adjusted the slack in the cable.

There are 2 square connectors (1 on each cable). I pulled the clip off the one on the TB itself, and you can see a threaded looking thing in there. Just pull the 2 pieces apart kinda hard and you will see the metal cable get tight on the TB. While holding them tight, put the clip back on. Thats all I did, and I noticed the pedal actulay sat higher in the car too.

I heard of another trick, haven't tried it though. Put a spacer between the pedal and the cable sleeve in the car. You'll have to play with different thicknesses.
