Default PIN remover?

I am planning my LS1 swap, and I know I will delete a few things from the wiring harness. I want to remove the pins from the PCM instead of just cutting the wires coming from the sensors. Is there a way to safely and effectivly removing them?

Take the harness off of the PCM. Remove the plastic gaurds from the master PCM connector... Then lift up the little white tabs on the pins you wish to remove and push them through the plug..

Its pretty easy once you see the mechanics of the PCM harness connector.

I usually use the blade of a sharp knife, but just about anything will work on those tabs.
