Any tips on SD tuning a T-Rex cammed car?

Any tips on SD tuning a T-Rex cammed car? Ive VE tuned in SD on a TR 224 cam before (via wideband & HPTuners) with no problems but I know the T-Rex will be new territory for me to cover. Is there anything special I need to know before jumping off into it? Is it the same as tuning a smaller cammed car other than getting it to idle right? BTW this car will be retaining the stock operating system.
