Got a problem....

Got a problem.... all right...i pulled a bonehead move 
and my 02 sensor wires shorted out.they had copper showing near the weatherpack connector for my extension, and i taped it toegether (couldnt see copper, too dark), and tucked it underneath heat shield so then i went to drive thru to get food, and turned off car, ordered, then went to start again and got a small pop(kind of fizzled sounding).then i got nothing...no power.so i noticed later that i could set the alarm(stock) so i did.then went to dis-arm, nothing.opened the door....alarm went off but no horn.little led blinking,can hear relay clicking for alarm.put the key in...weak sounding ding ding....turn the key to "on" position....nothing.no power at all.alarm turns off.and no i did not see the magic white smoke.but i dont know if i fried the pcm.
any help will be appreciated by an idiot who likes to do stuff the short way and gets screwed everytime.
also i checked every fuse.theyre all good.i think it might be the ign or starter relay?i hope.
