Swapping Wiring Harness I have a guy who would like to trade me his '99 6 speed setup and wiring harness for my '01 A4 transmission and harness. The only issue I can forsee with this is the EGR difference between the harnesses, is this going to be an issue? How can it be resolved?

when i went an auto i just ordered the pigtail for the automatic from speartech for $185 and had a shop plug it into computer and flashed automatic tune it was very simple im not sure about the stick.
