When you're at idle, cruising around, and all warmed up you should be between 14.4 - 15.2 AFR. You should be in closed loop mode, the computer controls all the fueling based on what the O2 sensors are feeding back to the PCM.
If your not, something could be wrong: bad O2, 1 or both O2s plugged into the rear o2 plugs instead of the front, exhaust leak at the head where the header meets, exhaust leak right before the O2s.
If you were way rich or way lean during idle or normal cruising, the car would barely run. I'm wondering if the AEM WB is not reading right.

Bill,
I think the car is running fine...
it is exactly between 14 -15 during idle...at WOT its around 12-13....
it is def rich, but not TOO rich...
All o2 sensors are working correctly, the AEM is working as well, its is brand new. The - - - I was seeing at idle has actually gotten better, it is actually reading at idle now...
I don't think there is any problems, just needs to be touched up now on the dyno
Bill, what is "closed loop" and "open loop"?
Erik

Open loop is when the O2 sensors are not adjusting the fueling. Like when the engine is warming up, or when you are at WOT (PE mode).
Closed loop is when the O2 sensors are adjusting fueling via long term and short term fuel trims. That is, they sense a rich or lean afr and adjust the fueling to keep at stoich (afr = 14.68)
You still need to tune that baby.
