Will I need to get another tune? I just got my SS back from LG. They tuned my SS and got 467 rwhp 427 torque 
. That was without cats. I live on a military installation, and every time I come back on post I go through a check point where I show my ID card to a guard. I have had a few guards ask if it was street legal. Of course I said yes 
, but if they check I may need to get the cats put on. If I do, will I need to have it retuned? The cats I have are high flow, but I don't know what kind they are.

If you put the cats back on, there should be very little diff. A little more back pressure would get adjusted automatically via fuel trims.
