Default Thrown Codes on header install P0155!

Car: 2000 Camaro SS Auto

I recently did a LT header install on my SS with Pacesetter LT's, ORY, and SLP LM1. I installed O2 simms in the place of the rear o2 sensors and left the stock O2 sensors up front, I got a check engine light after about a week and just found out today what the codes are. Codes are as follows P0155 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1) there were 2 of those codes and that's all. My car seems to be running rich, i'm guzzling gas like no other, I probably need a tune but do you all have any suggestions on how to completely eliminate these codes and not have to keep using a scanner

I am throwing the same code. I think one of your front O2 sensors is going out. How many miles are on your car? There is a way to delete them with tuning but if you dont have a local tuner that can tune your car or if you do not own tuning software i dont suggest you delete the front O2 sensors. Well goodluck.

93k on the car ( clean as a whistle tho ), one of my front O2's was really grimey looking... do you know if I can use the rears for the front?

Get rid of the o2 extensions. Get some C5 rear o2s. They have a long connector plug and are calibrated to work further down stream where the exhaust is not as hot.

Thanks that sensor was rather nasty looking so I think I will. I hope it fixes the mileage issue...do you think it will?
