Blown 6.0 - tuning rules-of-thumb?

Blown 6.0 - tuning rules-of-thumb? I'm getting another crack at a blown 6.0 Silverado SS
that I have played with before (2 years back, has had
a variety of mail order tunes, a blower swap, a 4L80
swap etc. meanwhile). The present tune seems kind
of over-aggressive looking at logs, plenty of roll-on
KR and some at WOT. Fuel is at about 12.5:1 which
seems lean for a 4-5PSI, heading to 6-7PSI, setup
(close to what I run NA / low mods, on my car just for
safety). The truck is intercooled, still running a MAF
(and pegging it) and a stock MAP sensor (ditto). It
seems likely that we will go to a 2-bar setup soon.
I have little clue about what the 6.0 with stock heads
really likes. Not much seems to be out there for AFR
vs boost, advance vs boost success stories etc. I've
looked at a few boards for this kind of info.
What I would like to see here is, your simple report of
boost level (with any noted oddities like boost fade
w/ RPM, otherwise just the number is fine) and where
you found your best power (AFR, advance) in the end.
Any special tweaks like fading fuel up top for power,
any peculiar spark taper, etc. would be good notes.
Also intercooled or not I guess is a big distinction.
But what I hope to arrive at is a relatively simple pair
of target AFR and spark values for a given boost level
on the 6.0/317s combo. So simple is good. And I'm sure
other folks might like to know about other motors even
though this is not my immediate interest, so don't be
shy if you have a tale to tell.
