I'm an A4 guy and had mine completely tuned out. Believe the M6 cars have none in the trans section, but do in the engine section. Someone more knowledgeable than me will have to chime in to give you the particulars. Don't think it has anything to do with your clutch, thinking it's based on engine torque???? Make a short signature for your car for a quicker answer. Sorry, not much help...

M6s do have torque management, but removing shouldn't be too hard on the trans or clutch unless you power shift

Ok I was at a dyno tuner yesterday . I have a M6 the tech said there are torque management parameters in the engine management section with HP Tuners. He deleted turned them off whatever. We went for a test drive after about 20 pulls "trying" to tune my car. There was too much traffic and I could only get one fairly hard and quick 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. Ok on the 2nd to 3rd the clutch slipped pretty good and this has never happened before so was it a coincidence or the removal of the torque mgmt???

What I can't figure out is how it knows if the car has TCS (mine doesn't). There are a bunch of TCS tables to change spark etc.
