Didn't pay attention to it being a 93. Try Ed Wright as he was one of the best LT1 guys back then, probably still is I don't know.

Need some help with LT4 I just bought a 93 firebird formula with the lt4 kit on it. The car is not tuned and i want to know the best programmer for the lt4 kit. It has lt4 heads, cam, and intake.

That's right. The '93 PCM is EPROM based and will require a chip burner. The later cars are EEPROM (Flash) based. You'll still need an editor to modify the file. I use Tunercat's editors and chip burners and adapters from moates.net. A mail order tune is available from a few sources.

If you want to get into tuning, get the Autoprom from Moates. You can tune in realtime and datalog simultaneously with TunerPro RT, which comes with it. It also has a built in prom burner. It is a very nice piece of equipment.
