Maximum MAF output frequency = ?

Maximum MAF output frequency = ? Just curious, what the real output maximum is. Leaving the
PCM limitations out of it. I've been thinking about the MAF
limits coded in, and how many lies it would take to get past
it all and double the airflow range that can be controlled
with a MAF based, near-stock setup.
Who's seen anything over 12000Hz (out of the PCM) or
made direct measurements with hella forced airflow? Where
does the internal circuitry crap out?

I'd give these guys a call Jimmy. They're local to me and have some good, in-depth knowledge around MAF's - even have their own flow bench or two.
