Tuning I need to get my car tuned after I get the EGR and AIR delted and my headers installed. I have a jet perfomance piece of **** thing in there right now (Installed by previous owner). I need to get rid of that for tuning I believe, so my question is where do I find a stock unit and how much is this going to cost me? Thanks!
The PCM's in our cars don't use aftermarket chips that have been permanently installed. We have calibrations that are "flashed" in. You can either go to the dealership tomorrow/whenever, shell out a few bucks, and have them reflash the PCM back to stock with a Tech II. Or, when you go to get it tuned, have your tuner flash in a stock file and work from there. That simple...

I know this thread is old but I really never got an answer, I put on my lts tb and delted the AIR and EGR and its not really running too great. I was looking at the jet thing and it looks like it just sits in between the pcm like you could just pull it out and there isn't a stock part that it replaces.
