Default What tables does the ECM use to calculate fuel for different modes?

I am trying to figure out which tables the ECM uses for different modes that the car could be in.
Below is what I have so far which I BELIVE to be correct, but I could be wrong. Could someone please fill out the blanks and/or fix the values I have if they are uncorrect. Thanks

PE tables apply in all instances where the trigger conditions are met.
Same as the other tables. MAF determines airflow for PE calculations when used and SD calc using VE table are used for mafless installs. But thats not the full story as MAF uses a blended value which progressively favours the MAF until 4000rpm when the maf airflow takes over.

Best idea is to grab yourself a tune tool and go and mess about with it. Your answers will come all at once
