raw voltage logged 1.479-1.484 with bottle closed. is this any help, don't have an analog nitrous gauge yet and can't open the bottle right now.

 

OK for EFI Live guys, the voltage range for the dynotune sending unit is just to narrow. The accuracy of the Flash Scan inputs is .01+- (according to Blacky), with this sending unit the voltages used would be accurate to 200 PSI. The values of 2.547-2.622 is just to narrow, need to exploit the full range of 0-5V. That being said, its easily done with the right sending unit (looking at autometer).

 

Got this working finally with a Autometer 1600 PSI sending unit and EFI Live. Pressure is pretty stable +/- 5 PSI with the sending unit on the mainline @ the bottle.

I have the Auto Meter electric 1600psi nitrous gauge, Im confused on the setup with E-FIlive .I have my PLX Wide Band hooked up to my efi live laptop. Can you help me please ,I love to have the N.O.S. pressure on my efi-live laptop

 

I have a fix buy a nano kit and it will always be 1000psi and the tune will always be the same

 

A heater is a viable and affordable option for the casual nitrous user, even with a nano, what is the harm to logging the bottle pressure w/ a nano to see if it performs as advertised?

You should have two external inputs on a V1 or if you got a V2 you have four inputs. The bottle pressure's data feed is the purple wire on the Sending unit harness, tap into that and put that into one of your V1 or V2 AD inputs. Then set up the calc_pids.txt in your documents directory indicated below. If you have trouble PM me and email me your C:\\ xxxxxx\Documents\EFILive\V7\User Configuration\calc_pids.txt file and I will modify it for you to work.

 

trust me it is 1000psi no matter what add the price of that gauge, heater, and your time and you could have bought one and never had to worry about falling bottle pressure again
