po172 and po175 runs rich

po172 and po175 runs rich ok so i had a problem wed. when i went to the track. seem to break up/lose power after about 5000rpm. car seemed like it was down on power.
scanned it today and found rich bank 1 and bank 2 po175 po172.
checked the ltft and when the dtc was set it was running 12% to much fuel on both sides.
i recently installed 28.8 # injectors and tuned for them.
would running 12% rich on both banks cause a lose of power above 5000rpms?
i also checked fuel pressure at the rail. drove the car and had the gauged taped to the windshield(yes brillant i know haha). it never dropped or moved from 60psi.
so what would be the next step? check plugs?
