Low Octane Table is Always Used

my low octane table is always being used.
what settings reasons could be causing this?
i've been having to make high octane and low octane tables the same. is this ok?

A MAF fault will do it, and so will the Knock Learn Factor
(from a history of persistent KR). What does the scanner
show for that PID?

paste your hi octane spark table over your low octane table.

what is a maf fault? i'm not throwing any maf codes. in wot, my maf curve is very choppy but somewhat follows the rpm curve.
i haven't logged kr learn factor yet, but i've been changing tunes 2-3 times a day, would this reset the the learn factor each time? or should i manually reset the pcm by pulling fuses?

is the low octane table more likely to be used due to a bad tune or is it something mechanical with the engine or maybe even gas? i'm running 91 octane.

are there any problems that i am setting myself up for if i run the same table for high and low octane?
