Default battery change = all problems solved??

My battery was around 5 years old..and the shop that tuned it recommended i change it..i waited until it completely died last week to change it and was astonished at what had happened. I had recently got my car inspected and threw 7 codes (po101, po102,po106,po135,po410,po502,p1133)..i have always had a check engine light until i installed my new battery. Ive been driving now for a couple of weeks and still no light..idk i just thought it was kinda strange and figured I'd let some of you guys know..maybe it will work for others lol

Most of em sound like they could be low voltage related. In order to get the PCM complete all DTCs you could always do a drive cycle, but if you've been regularly driving it for a few weeks I can't imagine you haven't completed one by chance.
