battery change = all problems solved??

battery change = all problems solved?? My battery was around 5 years old..and the shop that tuned it recommended i change it..i waited until it completely died last week to change it and was astonished at what had happened. I had recently got my car inspected and threw 7 codes (po101, po102,po106,po135,po410,po502,p1133)..i have always had a check engine light until i installed my new battery. Ive been driving now for a couple of weeks and still no light..idk i just thought it was kinda strange and figured I'd let some of you guys know..maybe it will work for others lol

po101 - mass air flow curcuit out of range
po102 - mass air flow curcuit signal low
po106 - pressure circuit out of range
po135 - 02 heater circuit bank1 sensor
po410 - secondary air injection system
po502 - vehicle speed sensor low/no signal
p1133 - insufficent switching

Most of em sound like they could be low voltage related. In order to get the PCM complete all DTCs you could always do a drive cycle, but if you've been regularly driving it for a few weeks I can't imagine you haven't completed one by chance.
