Default Help, Vinci Tuner Not Working

Went to track last night and went to swap tune for nitrous pass but tuner wouldn't come on when plugged in. Played with it a while but never would do anything. I have had the tuner for over a year and this is the first time I have a had a problem with it. Has anyone else had this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd check to make sure there was power at the OBD2 diagnostic port under the dash, first. Maybe a fuse blew?

I replaced the fuse and still nothing. I have an Interceptor Scan Gauge hooked up to the diagnostic port and it works so its getting power there.

does the screen come up at all? check the other end of the cable and make sure it's pushed in all of the way.

No, the screen doesn't come up at all. Checked other end of cable and its pushed all the way in and tight.
