Used LS1Edit for first time, now car wont start???

Used LS1Edit for first time, now car wont start??? I finished my ls1 swap last week with my painless wiring kit.
The car ran good with no ls1edit tuning but i need to move my idle up and change the programming for the larger injectors. I read the stock PCM, saved it as a file. Then made my changes and programmed it into the PCM. I went to fire the car and now it just cranks....it wont even try to start. I pulled a plug wire and im getting spark. So i checked fuel pressure at valve and plenty of fuel.
Then i pulled a plug and they look completely dry, and with the amount ive tried to start it, i would expect it to be very wet. Sooooooooooo we came to the conclusion that the injectors arent firing.
What could cause my injectors to not fire????

Re: Used LS1Edit for first time, now car wont start??? Try turning off the VATS with LS1 EDIT.
You do this by opening the system calibration file and click on toggle so it reads no VATS.
If the PCM doesn't see a signal from the key it won't let the car start.

Clear codes after programming?
Disconnect exactly as per instructions?
Pull the PCM fuse,
put it back and try starting.
