Default Pros/Cons of a Speed Density Tune?

Just as the title says. What experiences have you had with this? Is this the best decision for a primarily drag race car? How consistant is this? Thanks.

Yes, please read the stickies first, but generally speaking, its easier to tune, but does not adapt to the weather changes as well. I also find a MAF smooths cam bucking
