I have a question about Tuning a Converter with HPT

Ok My question is ,will this give me 100% Lock up and is it ok to do without hurting the converter?The area to play with is TCC DC vs. Line Pressure vs. Trans Temp ,now if I set Base to 100 and set offset to 90 is this ok?
