Default [HPTuners] Strange Fueling

Lately I've been having some strange problems with fueling in the 1200-2000 rpm range and 15-20kPa regions. Somedays it will get EXTREMELY lean and other days EXTREMELY rich, sometimes it'll go back and forth in the same log. No matter what I try and do with the VE (raise it, lower it, leave it alone) it always sways back and forth in those cells. It makes the car surge, but if I"m above or below those rpms or atleast on the throttle, the car runs fine.

Car is a 2000 with a 2002 OS.

LTs, 3" xpipe, bullets, lid

Tune and logs are attached.

Willing to log and do as many scans as it takes to get this figured out.

Pid for WB: v/0.5 + 9.87

Log too big to be attached:

Hopefully someone can help get this figured out cause I've tried on the HPT forums and I haven't gotten any helpful responses.

Do you have your short term trims turned off for OL? They are still active unless you check the box. Makes tuning w/ a wideband and log a circle jerk if not....
