looking for a wideband

does anyone make a wide band that will just clip on the back of the exhaust for temp use to street tune a car.....

You have to make or buy an adapter to use the wideband in that manner. Any wideband setup could be used this way. I "think" Innovate or PLX would be the cheapest route.
