Yes i found that website when i did the search on google, but the problem they dont have a phone number.... I would like to speak to someone who knows how the LS1edit works. From what i understood is that the LS1 edit is just a file that they send u right? and it will expire after a year!!?? Is that right?

I dont think you can call them they dont give out there # for some reason. You can also look at www.slowcar.net/ls1edit to learn more about it. No it dont expire after a year. You just cant get any free update's after a year if you opted to pay more for the free updates. But it will work as long as you have your car. You just get a cable and Software from them and them tune your own car from there.

Yes but also better ways are being figured out to make ls1 edit more user friendly. So the option's on ls1 edit will be older or outdated sooner or later. Not that the older outdated options wont still work fine. Now days since Edit has been out for a whie i probably would not pay extra for the updates. I'm not telling you what to do or weather or not ls1-edit is worth the $$ to you. Just trying to help out it's not like i'm in sales or have a reason to get you to buy Edit. You get what i'm saying?

Yeah, I noticed they don't publish their phone number either. But, Google might be helpful if you know their names

It appears you can buy the update package at any time, and you'll get updates until it expires. LS1-Edit doesn't support every last table in the PCM. As capabilities are asked for, they try to implement them.

I'd not worry about the updates at this point in time. Enough people are using it to have ironed out the major bugs. I'd join the mailing list and just keep an eye out for features available in new releases, then order the update when you feel it's worth the money.
