Just got done reading that one...I've always had GREAT luck with my LC-1. Mine was from their second batch of units, and I've had yet to have any problems.

Dang! That is what I got! The XD-16 pack. HEHE. My only complaints are the cabling choice was a little weird. I don't care for the use of audio jacks. I would have used cabling similar to that of a computer so it can't be accidently pulled out. My only wish.

Componets work great though.

My only question is how many months of continous life can I expect from my WB O2?

My PLX being wayyy off is the reason why I went to the LC1 recently. PLX is just junk and finally there is some evidence to back up how off they are.

Hehe... I use the reference sensor ('the expensive ECM LambdaPRO which read dead on for both of the gas controls') for all my important work.

Strangely enough, the NTK AFX is made by ECM using similar strategy for UEGO control and processing and I've yet to see a problem with its accuracy when properly used.

Yeh you cant trust 1 test I read other reviews which say the ntk is accurate. Alot of people dont like it cause you cant log and stuff like that but I dont need too all I need to do it hook it up with efilive which I can.

The NTK AFX does have the NTK sensor, and it does have the 0-5v output. It must be a newer revision, i have tested quite a few widebands and im not impressed with innovate. The AEM and dynojet are the top two for gauge mounted setups.

I may be one of the few, but I'm still on my original sensor. I just recalibrate it every once in a while, but other than that, it has run strong for nearly two years of daily driving, even in the snow of the great white north. It lives in the Innovate HBX-1 in my driver's side header collector...

It's just a shame that their instructions blow. It seems as though on many of the various boards you hear nothing but cursing about the LC-1 for the most part. I have 3 LC-1's, one permantly mounted in my car and two modified portable stand alone units for other people's cars. Sorting out the critically different grounds and taking into consideration ground offsets has got to be the biggest obstacle for most people.

too bad they didn't test how long does a regular LC1 last. i know multiple people had have returned it FOUR times with few hours of operation in between exchanges.

tHE sensor on my LC1 that is perm mounted in my car just took a dump; it has about 4K miles on it but the car sees 10.5:1 AFR at WOT and on meth and I have had 1 tank of leaded fuel through the car as well. That one tank of leaded fouled out my NBs by the time the level was low...

I had to return mine , but it was my fault because I let the Yellow and Brown wire touch while under power , bad thing to do .
But I guess it is like Tuning software some support cars , trucks and suvs right away and the others months or years later .
