Default no accelration? 4-3 gear changing.

I am haveing trouble with my shifts from 4-3 when on the highway. I punch the throttle and get nothing the car just kinda crawls up to speed. I was wondering if there are any changes i can make to the shift points or if this is more of a MAF problem, running lean? Help from the experts would be appreciated. I have a diablo tunner, bassani headers, slp loudmouth, FTRA, airlid, 3.73gears. thanks.

Default Re: no accelration? 4-3 gear changing.

I played a bit with the shift MPH settings.
If you crank them high enough they have a
good effect on downshifts, but then it screws
up the upshift (rev limit). This is because
there are really separate upshift and downshift
MPH settings but the Predator rolls them up
as one thing. Supposedly this is one of the
improvements slated for the 1.04 release but
whether it will get done or not, dunno. It
was a really big improvement in around-town
driving, pushing those MPH points way up. But
it makes you hit the rev limiter at WOT so
for now, you should only raise them to where
the MPH matches the RPM shift point. This
will give you maybe a little improvement in
the downshift lag. That, and minimizing your
shift time settings.

The downshift can consist of two events in 4th,
has to first unlock the converter and then do
the actual shifting. Only the second part is
accessible by the Predator (as configured now).
