4L80e tune problem - need help

4L80e tune problem - need help First off, I don't tune. But my tuner said to see if I can find any info.
I swapped from M6 to 4L80e. I've been saying my new swap is acting funny, but only from a dead stop. We logged it a few times, and always when hammering it from a dead stop AND ONLY FROM A DEAD STOP, it's going into 3rd then back to 1st (hitting 2nd for a second in between, of course) when it should still be in 1st the whole time. After it shifts at the desired RPM, it acts normal. We can't find anything in HPTuners that would command that. Anybody have any idea at all why it would do that?
TPS is normal.
It starts this craziness at 17mph.
Any ideas?

I think that's what you'd call it. Basically one of the guys on here who had done the swap already sent me his tune, and we used his tune file but put my tune info into it. Does that make sense?
sounds like you got some shift tables overlapping but more like the tcc is coming on to early and is overlapping shift points. send me your file
