uh...who tuned it.. there are the idle tables under somewhere...depending on what tuning software you have...

its base idle in gear... in park... in neutral ....etc

gonna have to set all those tables to what you want..... but whats up with the car and idling at 1200rpm.. and why was it set to idle this way? that big of a cam?

The car was built and tuned by Cartek. I just bought the car a month ago this way. It idles @ 1100-1200 in neutral. The cam specs are 230,234-.600@ 113 LSA. The car has a Lunati forged 383 stroker kit. It has been tuned on the factory ECM. The car is a 2002 ws6 6-speed w @ 25K and 8K on the motor. Also, after getting on the car hard through 1-4, the idle stays @ 2000-2500 rpm (in neutral), it will not drop unless I rev it up @ 5K, (then it will come back down to idle) or down shift the car. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like a vacuum leak; un-metered air.

I'll check the lines, but I think it is more in the tune?maybe? Any idea where I should check for leaks? Thanks,Troy.
