Default Tuner Question on Recent Dyno...

It's very hot here in Arizona and well over 100. Today for the first time in a while the car was up on a Mustang Dyno -

471rhwp first pull...?????It still needs to be be fully tuned as this was the start of the tuning but I was expecting much more?

Question - How much hp difference can quality tuners make? Meaning two well known tuners going head to head - could the difference be 50hp-100hp difference?

What is the average increase on a Dynojet -

I've been on both and others but is there a formula increase on the Dynojet or just knowing it's more kind of thing.

Also - Is there a formula for loss in hp due to weather temps etc...

My goal is 530 - 550 rwhp with my current mods - Am I way off?

If your air/fuel is around 12.7-12.9 and your timing is around 25-27 degrees, there is not much else you can do to make 50-100 HP more, maybe 5-10.

Mustang dynos are about 15% less than a Dynojet....

Making power is the easy part as it's just timing and fuel. Making it drive nicely, etc is the hard part. A mustang dyno reads anywhere from 10-15% lower than a dynojet.

Haha but you'd never know that reading the dyno section.... every setup that doesn't make ungodly numbers and it's "probably a bad tuner or tune" ...
