Car is acting funny on highway I took a trip this wknd and drove about 250 miles each way. After about 50 miles (driving about 75-80 mph in 6th gear), the car would suddenly act like it was being dragged down by something. It felt like it had no acceleration and it would get jerky and noisy at different pressures on the accelerator. I just put an MS3 cam, new heads, and headers in. I just had the car tuned a couple hours before I started the trip. The funny thing is the car would quit doing this after 20-25 miles and then I was able to drive it for 50-60 more miles before it would do it again. Any thoughts on what this could be?? Sorry so long.

Sounds like a lack of low end torque from a huge cam. Do you have 4.11 gears? My car, with the stock cam barely gets out of it's own way at 65 MPH in 6th (I don't know if that is normal), so I would think a cam with less low end power will be even worse on the HWY.
